Before his advisory work, Phil held a leadership role at Microsoft Canada, where he managed a team responsible for over $300 million in annual revenue and was recognized for his leadership in mid-market enterprise software sales.
Phil’s track record includes scaling a niche apparel business by nearly 10% annually over eight years, founding a digital print company that achieved over 100% revenue growth per year during his active management, and partnering with investment groups to develop multi-family real estate assets valued at over $60 million CAD.
